- Committed to viticulture that respects nature, we have chosen to cultivate our vines using organic farming. This approach, beyond certification, represents for us a commitment to the preservation of our heritage.
We grow Chardonnay on the terroirs of Saint-Vérand but also Gamay noir which is found on the terroirs of Morgon, Chiroubles, and Saint-Amour. We are both in the vineyard and in the vatage to develop our vintages, year after year.
