- Our vines are cultivated using organic farming methods to preserve the vineyard. The grape harvest is also done with the greatest respect for the fruit, since we harvest by hand and in crates so as not to damage the bunches.
The wines are then designed with the utmost care in order to offer superior quality wines.
The diversity of our vintages is also the strength of Mas de l'Oncle, offering wines that can appeal to the greatest number of people.
