Information
- Description
- In 1990, Brigitte and Michel Comps, our parents, decided to establish their own vineyard. This led them to fulfill their dream by settling in the hills of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande halfway between Saint-Emilion and Bergerac, in a land benefiting a great exposure. The 18th century house is surrounded by the 14 hectares of vines and an additional 18 hectares of fields and woods making it a great place for biodiversity. Driven by strong convictions, they quickly transitioned the entire estate to biodynamic farming in 2000. Their dedication allowed them to build a solid reputation and create wines that reflect their unique identity.
In 2023, inspired by our parents passion to the vineyard and our love for the estate we, Antoine and Manuela, associated with the Desruets brothers - winegrowers in Hautvillers, Champagne - to pursue the work of our parents. We wish to continue creating our existing cuvees and develop original wines that combine the traditional know how of the two regions.
