- My father, Yves Lambert created the domaine in 1996. At the age of 47. He decided to change is life and return to his roots in Saumur. His ambition from the outset was to perfectly exploit the terroirs of Saint Cyr en Bourg at the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation, whether it be in Cabernet or in Chenin.
I joined my father in 2005 and together we continued his pursuit of quality.
In 2009 we started working organically and also took on 8 plots of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc in the reputed commune of Brézé.
In 2018 we adopted the biodynamic approach so as to have a greater understanding of the micro and macrocosm and to better appreciate our terroirs.
