Le Petit Bouilleur is an artisanal and eco-conscious distillery located in the heart of the Jura region, specializing in high-quality organic spirits. We exclusively use locally sourced and organically grown ingredients, carefully selected to create authentic and environmentally friendly products.

Our spirits – including gin, absinthe, rum, and liqueurs – are distilled in traditional copper stills, heated over a wood fire. This traditional process allows us to craft spirits with complex aromas and exceptional smoothness. Every step of production, from the maceration of botanicals to distillation, is meticulously executed to ensure the quality and authenticity of each bottle.
