- After studying oenology, Caroline Bonnefoy settles in 1999 on the family estate with her sister and her father. In 2005, the two sisters decide to share the domain to live each other their own experience.
Originally, the estate of Caroline covered 30 hectares mainly situated around the village of Valreas. Today, the area has expanded to 50 hectares and diversified through several appellations (in order of surface area): • Côtes du Rhône Village Valréas - red • Côtes du Rhône • Rasteau red • Ventoux red, rosé, white • Beaumes of Venise red
95% of the production are red wines.
The conversion to organic culture takes place in 2009.
Most of vinification are traditional, in a thermally regulated concrete winery. They are carried out only by air-free shedding to obtain powerful but fruity wines.
