- Description
- Domaine Roustan is a family estate, taken over in 2016 by Sylvaine Roustan, a passionate winegrower and olive grower. This twenty-hectare estate in the heart of the Provencal village of La Fare les Oliviers, in the Bouches du Rhône region, produces organically grown wines, olive oil and grape juice.
At the heart of the estate, Sylvaine works hard every day to promote her wines and this beautiful Provencal terroir, and to promote responsible, local, ecological and sustainable viticulture. To support this ecological approach, every bottle is returnable. Thanks to the construction of a winery, the wines are vinified and matured on the estate.
