- t's on the edge of the South West, in the Gers department that starts our history.
The Domaine Capmartin is in the former convent of Maumusson-Laguian dating from the 13th century where the rock is originally from a quarry.
On both sides of the imposing building, rich soils are discovered and reveal great wines.
The winery is led in biodynamic in a great respect for the environment and in search of a balance of living to produce healthy grapes of high quality that will give singular wines.
At the Domaine Capmartin, each parcel is vinified separately.
Indeed, the combination of soil, grape variety, orientation of the plot and its biodiversity (surrounding fauna and flora), gives the parcel a unique identity that we want to transcribe in wines.
