Farming Philosophy
At Weingut Schabl, our farming is rooted in biodynamic principles, where nature leads the way. We believe in working hand-in-hand with the environment, fostering biodiversity and nurturing healthy soils. By avoiding synthetic chemicals and embracing natural methods, we create a balanced ecosystem that thrives both above and below the ground. This commitment not only enhances the vitality of our vineyards but also protects the rich biodiversity of our surroundings. Our mission is to cultivate grapes with care and respect for future generations, ensuring that each vine thrives in harmony with the natural world.
Cellar Philosophy
In the cellar, we carry forward our respect for nature through a philosophy of minimal intervention. Each bottle tells the story of our land, our vines, and the unique character of each vintage. We let the grapes and terroir speak for themselves by using natural fermentation and avoiding unnecessary additives. This approach ensures that every wine reflects its true origin, offering an authentic expression of our vineyard. At Weingut Schabl, we craft wines that are pure, honest, and deeply connected to the place they come from.
