- Description
- Réjane and Wilfried Pouzoulas (sister and brother) took over the estate at the end of the 1990s. ‘As conscientious winemakers, our intention is simply to create a favourable environment from which the vines can grow naturally and give us the best of their fruit. This deep commitment to nature led us, at the end of the 20th century, to practise peasant farming without weedkillers or insecticides, culminating in organic certification in 2009.
