- Located in Volpago del Montello (TV), Case Paolin is a pioneer in organic winemaking in the Asolo Montello area, certified organic since 2013.
Managed by the three Pozzobon brothers Adelino, Diego and Mirco, who took over from their father Emilio in the 1980s, the family-run estate spans 18 hectares and produces certified organic wines that prioritize the health of the land, the product and the consumer.
Case Paolin offers 9 labels, including four sparkling wines, one white wine and four reds.
Their vineyards, including one near Canova’s Temple in Possagno, emphasize sustainability with eco-friendly practices like minimal chemical use, efficient water-saving irrigation and biodiversity preservation. The estate’s commitment to nature is reflected in its rich, healthy ecosystems, home to bees and beneficial insects.
Visitors can enjoy wine tastings in a converted stable and traditional peasant hospitality in an on-site guesthouse featuring 4 rooms and an apartment, for a complete immersion into the winery’s organic ethos.
