Information
- Description
- The history of wine and vineyards has been closely linked to our family since the 20th century. More recently, 4 generations ago, Alfred continued to work the family vineyards and helped found the Saint Bauzille de la Sylve cooperative winery. 70 years later, in 1989, Pascal and Thierry, accompanied by their father, took over and enlarged the vineyard, immediately switching to organic farming in a private cellar.
