- Dalméran produces organic AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) Les-Baux-de-Provence and IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) Vin de Pays des Alpilles wines. We also offer Domaine olive oils.
Constantly renewed and perfected since at least 1442, the vines are planted on 11 hectares of north-facing plots. They benefit from a rare geological configuration characterized by a great diversity of soils (clay, sand, pebbles) in which to flourish.
A forerunner, Domaine Dalméran has adopted the precepts of organic farming since 2011. Production is deliberately limited to make the most of its exceptional ecosystem.
