Appearance: Intense straw yellow color with green reflections. Clean, bright and very well presented.// In glass: Medium intensity, with a marked varietal character. It highlights the notes of white pome fruit (apple and pear) well combined with herbaceous and balsamic notes (fennel, hay and aniseed).//In mouth Fresh mouth, rich in nuances. Good expression of Verdejo that lasts until the end. Structured with a pleasant acidity. Aniseed and mineral aftertaste
