- Riesling Dittelsheim is the Riesling local wine in the Gustavshof range. It presents itself as a filigree dry Riesling of superior quality, with a noticeable minerality. Its character traits are classic for the Riesling grape variety on the limestone marl soils in Dittelsheim. The vineyards for this wine are managed biologically dynamically and with a lot of quality oriented manual work. The grapes are harvested only after a particularly long ripening period, with a golden yellow colour. The wine ferments with a spontaneous yeast culture from the vineyard and cellar and is stored until bottling on the core yeast, which gives it great volume and long shelf life. The wine is filtered only once, for bottling.
