- This wine represents meaningful enjoyment through ecologically responsible production. The wine's style is reminiscent of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, but it is produced with 70% less fossil energy in the vineyard. For the Gustavshof SINNVOLL, we cultivate robust Johanniter grapevines on limestone marl soils in vineyards located between 200 and 280 meters above sea level. These vines are nurtured using a natural VitiForst cultivation method, and we put a lot of love and effort into these vineyards. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented into wine with spontaneous yeast flora. The wine matures on fine lees until bottling. The aroma of Gustavshof SINNVOLL is reminiscent of pear and banana, with a taste where mild acidity plays with the balance of strength and elegance. The mouthfeel and taste are long-lasting, with a pleasant pull on the palate and fine minerality.
