Tasting notes
In sensory terms, the orange is noticeably different from normal white wines. It appears much more voluminous, due to its noticeable, ripe tannin structure, is powerful in taste and has a particularly complex aroma. Its trademark is its orange colour. Orange wines are preferably used as a companion in top gastronomy, but they also bring a lot of drinking pleasure to spicy snacks. It is best not to serve the wine too cold. It presents itself ideally with 12 -14° C. The orange shows over many hours and sometimes also over several days a constantly developing style and it is a great pleasure to accompany this sip for sip.
