- Tasting notes
- In sensory terms, the orange is noticeably different from normal white wines. It appears much more voluminous, due to its noticeable, ripe tannin structure, is powerful in taste and has a particularly complex aroma. Its trademark is its orange colour. Orange wines are preferably used as a companion in top gastronomy, but they also bring a lot of drinking pleasure to spicy snacks. It is best not to serve the wine too cold. It presents itself ideally with 12 -14° C. The orange shows over many hours and sometimes also over several days a constantly developing style and it is a great pleasure to accompany this sip for sip.
