Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- The high-quality red wine from fully ripe, extremely tasty grapes was fermented over three weeks on the mash and matured two years in wooden barrels. This is how the basis for this drinkable and at the same time storable wine was created. The colour appears in a dark ruby red. The vinyards of this wine are located in the wind-protected side valleys of the Kloppberg and are cultivated biologically dynamically. There you can find calcareous marl soils with limestone, which have a very positive influence on the character of the Spätburgunder.
