Tasting notes
Wine with very bright amber/orange tones with golden flashes and bubbles of youth in suspension. Great aromatic complexity on the nose. Rich in aromas of honey, orange peel, orange blossom and final touches of pineapple and green apple. It's silky in the mouth, balanced and delicately intense, fun, sweet and lively at the entrance. In the aftertaste it reminds us incredibly of green apple. Magnificent balance between the acidity and sugar of the raisined Pedro Ximénez and the carbon dioxide that makes this wine a fresh, lively and fun finish.
