Bright yellow color with a green shimmer. A fragant nose with aromas reminiscent of elegant citrus fruits, fresh mandarin and lime zest, mirabelle plum, peppery mango and hints of pineapple in the background. Very elegant structure on the palate with fine acidity and clear minerality. Juicy, crisp and well-balanced, with an excellent length. This top wine pairs ideally with white meat and elegant fish dishes.
