Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- It smells more of lees work than it smells of Mauzac and it has a vanilla note from the barrels, which is not a big deal – it's young. Tight and dry, a little bony in terms of fruit but the texture is ruched and interesting and the acidity has a soapy smoothness. Laurel and lanolin. (TC)/ A well-composed, juicy and flavorful mauzac with aromas of dried pears, yellow flowers and some spiced apples. It’s medium-bodied, textured and succulent with some green pears and bitter almond character. Refreshing and precise finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now./ Les charmes du mauzac dans ce blanc ouvert sur les fleurs blanches, le miel et les agrumes, qui se tend agréablement dans une bouche éffilée, droite, au profil minéral. Un vin énergique pour mets iodés. 2024-2028
