- Gotes is surprisingly fresh, balanced wine, with a silky, almost electric sensation that envelops the palate. Its intense color, the perfume of berries and red fruits, well defined, with a light entry full of flavor, leaves us with an elegant and pleasant aftertaste. Its slightly dry tannins merge with the intrinsic mineral aromas of the earth. The grapes come from high vineyards with good ventilation, this wine plays with the limits of balance without giving up the identity of the Priorat.
