Appearance: Intense straw color with golden hues, almost like old gold. Aroma: Powerful on the nose, very complex. Initially, we find white fruit and ripe stone fruit with hints of jam and canned peach. Notes of pastry and a slight balsamic touch, finishing with intriguing mineral notes. Taste: In the mouth, it is voluminous, creamy, and fresh. Present acidity with saline sensations. The tannins are very lightly marked, leaving a full-mouth feel.
