Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- A remarkable mineral wine, it expresses the character of our limestone lands and fine herbs and notes of white fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and well balanced. The crianza in clay vats add a great roundness and complexity. Pale lemon yellow with golden reflections. On the nose it is complex, hints of white fruit (apple), ripe banana, subtle aromatic herbs (chamomile), an earthy background and citric character(grapefruit - blood orange). On the palate it surprises with an excellent acidity and an unctuous mid palate. The acidity enhances a salty touch and provide a sparkling sensation that extends into the aftertaste where, in addition to the nose aromas, we find the memory of beeswax and lemon balsamic caramel and herbs.
