Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- This wine, with a pale golden color, drops its tears slowly, being elegant and complex. Its minerality gains prominence over time, unfolding notes of pear, apricot and roasted apple, mixing with numerous exotic spices, smoky and balsamic memories. In the mouth, it has a dry, silky and very balanced palate, the temperature suits it well. It has freshness and a marked acidity throughout its path in the palate. It is a well-structured wine that leaves us with a long finish with fruity and spicy memories.
