Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- Visual Phase: Pale yellow with green reflections, clean and bright. Olfactory Phase: High intensity with aromas of peach and lactic notes reminiscent of pineapple yogurt. Background hints of Mediterranean dried herbs such as chamomile and fennel. As it opens up, pastry aromas like brioche emerge. Gustatory Phase: Fresh entry with volume and breadth, with medium acidity. The finish is smooth and pleasant, with aniseed notes returning in the retronasal passage.
