- Scintillante rosso rubino. Olfatto: gelatina di frutti di bosco, incenso, chinotto, ampio ventaglio silvestre e boschivo, spezie, liquirizia, macchia mediterranea, refoli terragni e ferrosi. Gusto: succoso, fresco, sapido e con tannini vispi ma ben eseguiti. Persistente e mentolato il finale.
