The wine is Certified Made with Organic Grapes from the NOP National Organic Program: The federal regulatory program that develops and enforces consistent national standards for organically produced agricultural products sold in the United States. For EU we are Agriculture Biologique certified by Ecocert. Vinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation into old concrete tanks to preserve the aromas, short maceration to make a gourmet, easy-drinking wine.
