Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- Pale pink and bright, with salmon-coloured sparkles. Fine and persistent bubbles, forming an elegant and constant crown on the surface. Aromatic, complex and delicate nose. Fresh notes of red fruits, with floral touches reminiscent of roses. Hints of brioche and almond, the result of aging on lees. Smooth and creamy entry, with well-balanced acidity that provides vivacity. Fine bubbles, adding texture and structure to the wine. Long and elegant finish, leaving a pleasant fruity and slightly toasted aftertaste.
