Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- Medium layer with light rims. Just by looking you can see it’s a tamed wine. In the nose it seems shy at first to then give way to a beautiful bouquet dark mature cherry, toasted sugar and a hint of a Mediterranean aroma. In the mouth we have a surprisingly fruity taste, it feels fresh thanks to a gentle acidity and the tastes begin to develop in mouth. Dark liquorish, balsamic notes, mature cherry and elegant smoky notes. A wine elegant even in the texture.
