- Brown rum is aromatic and has a rather sweet note with a fine wood tone. In our country, white rum is stored in used "Mostello" barrels during its long resting phase. Our unique, award-winning Mostello, a pear dessert wine made from cider pears, matures in these beforehand. This leaves behind the seductive aromas of the cider pear during storage. The "sticky" bouquet and the honey-vanilla notes of our famous Mostello, in turn, give our brown rum its unique and incomparable aroma.
