Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- Cristalline, cherry pink color with a slight onion peel border. Intense aromas of ripe red apple and pear, blood orange, currant, rosehip, hibiscus petals, hazelnuts, cloves, and vanilla. Surprising notes of leather and forest undergrowth on the palate. The wine is dry with accentuated softness. Fresh and mineral with perceivable tannins. The taste is intense, elegant, and lasting, full-bodied. A wine of two characters reminding its drinker of a pinot noir. Potential 8 - 15 years
