- Description
- The brewing water is the "Gosui" spring water of Kashima Shrine, which boasts a history of 2,400 years, and the beer barley is 100% grown naturally (without fertilizer, compost, or pesticides). The beer is brewed without beer yeast, but with natural yeast that lives in the brewery, which was founded 350 years ago. It won the Silver medal at the International Beer Cup 2018 and the Gold medal at the Local Drinks Grand Prix 2020. It is the only craft beer to be used at "INUA", a sister store of "NOMA" in Copenhagen, and the only craft beer certified as organic in Japan.
