The Bright Cabernet Cortis combines the fine fruit of red grapes with the freshness and elegance you know from white wine and rosé - an enjoyable combination.On the palate, it is excellently balanced and flatters the tongue with a juicy texture, vitalising acidity and a finesse-rich body. In the glass, it presents itself with a pale pink colour and fruity aromas reminiscent of strawberries, blackcurrants and a hint of red pepper. Bright stands for shining and radiant, which is true for this wine in several respects. It is not only bright in the glass and makes eyes shine. It is also a beacon in terms of sustainability, because the grape production of the robust grape variety Cabenret Cortis saves 70% fossil energy compared to a classic grape variety such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir with the same cultivation method.
