- Since 2014,Thomas and Nathalie BLESSING have been brewing all their beers in Waldhambach, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park.
Their beers contain just water from the Vosges, malt, hops, yeast and lots of passion. No added flavourings or spices. Local production. Certified organic from the start.
High fermentation (Ale), carbonation by refermentation. Unfiltered, unpasteurised.
