Information

Description
In a preserved natural environment, my collection of terroirs and plots is scattered in the scrubland and on the mountainside. In addition to the traditional Languedoc varieties, I have chosen new grape varieties.

The harvest is done manually in openwork crates, the gentle vinification of each grape variety separately preserves its quintessence.

The wine cellar is located in a former marble workshop, at the foot of the ramparts of Caunes. The search for finesse and power guides my hand in the development of singular wines without artifice.

An approach conducted certainly solo but not alone.

In my gite and my bed and breakfast I welcome lovers of peace and discovery.

In my cellar, I offer commented tastings that often end winegrower walks.

Within the purchasing group that I founded, we support short circuits of local agricultural products.
