- Nestled on the foothills of Montagne Noire, 10km from Carcassonne, Domaine de Cazaban produces whole wines, using organic farming (Ecocert certified since 2010) and biodynamic farming (Demeter certified since 2013). We produce 80,000 bottles per year in AOP Cabardès, AOP Minervois, IGP Aude and Vin de France.
Cazaban is first of all a mosaic of terroirs swept by contrary winds, it is also a story of Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties which come together to give birth to fresh, elegant and subtle wines. It is finally a new signature with the right amount of irreverence, audacity and modernity to create surprising, disruptive, even subversive wines. Because creating also means shaking up habits, and shaking up habits, that we know how to do at Domaine de Cazaban.
