Description: Founded in 1997 by Béatrice & Bernard Nivollet, the Domaine de Blanville, located in Saint-Pargoire (Hérault – 34), extends
today on around sixty hectares in the AOP Languedoc Grés de Montpellier & AOP appellation area
Languedoc Pézenas.
Specializing primarily in single-plot cellar wines with long aging and often single varietals, Château Haut-
Blanville is the first Domaine of Maison Blanville, widely represented internationally with a presence in
more than 25 countries.
From 2015, the adventure intensified with the arrival of a young team, including two daughters of the founders, Chalotte &
Margaux. In 2021, the 2nd generation vintages of Blanville are born, with younger wines, on the fruit and without
aging in barrels. The creations and the Domaines des Celtis thus complete the Blanville range, allowing
to appreciate wines from their youth.
Labeled HVE in 2019 (High Environmental Value), the Estate is entering into organic conversion on all of its
terroirs.
Faced with climate issues and the preservation of biodiversity, Blanville is tackling a new challenge in 2022 with the
creation of the Domaine des 8 Lunes in Roujan (Hérault – 34) cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics.
With this new project, the young team is embarking on a multitude of experiments in order to participate in the
creation of the viticulture of tomorrow while respecting our land and leaving a new legacy to our children.
