Information
- Description
- Located in Caux near Pézenas, in the heart of the Languedoc region, Domaine Stella Nova was created in 2002.
Covering some ten hectares, the vineyard offers a great diversity of terroirs, a geological richness that is rare for an estate of this size. This gives the Domaine's wines the complexity for which they are renowned today.
But the equally varied grape varieties also contribute. These include the region's traditional AOC grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Cinsault for the reds and rosé, and Grenache blanc, Grenache Gris, Terret and Clairette du Languedoc for the whites.
With average yields of around 25 hl/ha, Stella Nova wines always display a complex aromatic palette and assertive structure.
