- Description
- The estate covers more than 36 hectares in total, including 30 hectares in production, many of them are old vines, in particular 7 hectares of Carignan. The vineyard is farmed organically; the vitality of the soils and the balance of the vineyard are priorities, so as to favour their longevity and the character of the wines.
Our grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The work in the cellar is traditional and not very interventionist. There are no oenological inputs, apart from the occasional small dose of sulphur, and the wines are generally bottled without fining or filtration. The wine is aged for between 18 and 36 months in raw concrete vats and oak barrels, with a small proportion of new barrels.
We aim to produce gastronomic wines that can age well, that are transparent in the expression of terroir and vintage, and that express themselves with finesse and complexity.
