- Description
- I'm a Champagne winegrower, harvesting and handling in Montgueux. The champagnes I offer are made from grapes harvested,
pressed and vinified on my estate. Our vineyards have been farmed organically (ECOSERT certified) since 2012. Composting is
provided in the form of bark from a nearby sawmill. The highly selective soil maintenance encourages the maintenance of auxiliary
plants which do not compete with the vines. Our ecological approach has led us to install photovoltaic panels on our buildings, so that
the solar-generated electricity we use equals our annual consumption. Our winery capacity is adapted to the harvest of each plot. This
parcel-by-parcel selection enables us to bring out the particularities of the exposure, altitude and grape variety, as well as the soil of
each vineyard; in this way, the terroir fully expresses all its facets.
