Hall B1 - n°147
Information
- Description
- Succeeding Yvette & Jean-François, Simon Chapelle has managed the family estate since 2017. The 18 hectares of the property which extend from Santenay to Aloxe-Corton via Chassage-Montrachet and Pommard are exclusively worked in organic farming. Respect the terroir is the key word, both in the vineyard (mechanical surface plowing, manual work, etc.) and in the cellar (pressing without sulfur, wild yeasts, and limited extraction, etc.). It is in this approach that the entire team of the estate works to produce quality local wines that respect the environment.
