- Between the garrigue and the Cévennes, St Césaire de Gauzignan offers a hilly landscape, rocked by the winds and subject to the Mediterranean climate.
It is on these clayey limestone soils, dry and stony, that we settled in the spring of 2008 on about 6 ha of vines.
We take particular care of our vines. We believe that this quality approach cannot be achieved without the greatest respect for our environment.
Our domain is in organic farming.
During the harvest, the grapes are picked up by hand, in crates, sorted out grains by grains.
Our yields are low with an average of 30hl/ha.
We wish, thanks to our vinifications, to reveal the expression of this soil which shapes wines of character, aromatic and elegant.
