Information

Description
A historic family estate in the Saumur region, we are two sisters at the head of the 26-hectare estate and the 5th generation of winegrowers (we have been producing wines since the 17th century (Chenin/Cabernet Franc).
We are also a historic estate in terms of our practices and our convictions (we stopped using chemicals in the 90s, we planted grass and worked the soil mechanically, and went organic in 2009).
Today, our mission is to perpetuate this heritage by retaining the rigour and authenticity that characterise us, but shaping it in our own image so that it fits in with the times.
Our mission is also to bring our terroirs into ‘use’, in other words to be able to offer experiences that are both traditional (wines for ageing) and modern (fruity wines with less alcohol and less SO2).
