- Catherine and Thierry Robion, joined by their eldest son Eloi, have chosen organic farming practices to protect, reveal and enhance the particularity and minerality of their soil.
At harvest time, a rigorous sorting of the grapes is organised, picking them at just the right maturity and then quickly sending them to the domaine's wine presses. At the ELEMART ROBION Champagne winery, each grape variety and each parcel is differentiated and vinified separately to allow the purity of the terroir to express itself.
Vinification is done slowly and naturally, in a non-interventionist approach.There is no fining and the low dosage allows the expression of the purity and elegance of the wine producing a true and lively Champagne
