Description: We cultivate 6 ha on five terroirs in the 1er cru of the Petite Montagne de Reims and one in the Vallée de l'Ardre.

The geological composition of the soil is diverse (chalk, clay-limestone, silt and sand), most of which are located on the middle hillsides and plain, allowing the grape varieties - Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir - to fully express their nature.

Our sensitivity to the natural environement led us improve our vine culture and winemaking techniques toward organic methods.
In 2010, we started the conversion toward organic farming. Our main goal is to allow the nature of our terroir to express itself in our Champagne wines. To that end, we use biodynamic culture methods such as aerated compost tea to give full life to the soil, alfalfa as organic fertilizer, as well as natural herbal and plants preparations. We also take into account the planetary and cosmic influence on the wine making process..

Each year we optimize these techniques to promote the harmony of the vine with its natural environment.

We produce vintages that reflect our terroir, as simply and naturally as possible. Most of our champagnes are from a single year of harvest and zero dosage.
