Hall B2 - n°645
Information
- Description
- It was in 1997 that Domaine Fond Croze was born… While Daniel Long took charge of the management of the vineyard and perpetuated the traditional viticulture techniques, his brother, Bruno, perfected his skills in the field of oenology and today produces excellent and characterful vintages. The family business benefits from carefully maintained and preserved grape varieties that now extend over more than 80 hectares.
In 2009, the estate began its conversion to organic farming, with the close assistance of Mr. Philippe Cambie, oenologist and advisor. Since 2017, Guillaume Long, Daniel's son, has continued the work started by his family and the development of the estate, after training in viticulture-oenology and a 2-year adventure on the other side of the Atlantic.
Today, the Fond Croze estate produces a range of 15 wines thanks to a multitude of terroirs which give each plot its own identity.
