Hall B3 - n°1310
Information
- Description
- Since 1762, our family grows vines on the reliefs of Blacé in the Beaujolais Villages Appellation, in-between siliceous sediment soils, schist and granite.
For 28 years, we cultivate five hectares of wheat to make our old fashion bread twice a week and five hectares of vine. Between agro-forestry and agro ecology, we make our own adapted choice for this specific area certified organic and biodynamic since 2009.
We pick the Gamay grapes by hand. Then we incorporate our homemade natural leaven for a carbonic maceration to reveal its typical aromatic freshness. The pressing is gentle and precise without trituration in order to keep the grape variety identity.
