- Independent organic artisanal wine estate, in Gascony - South-West, created and managed by 2 female winegrowers since 2004
Wine cellars, technical installations and sales cellar are sheltered by the historic site of the Château de Herrebouc (13th-16th century)
18ha of vines on clay-limestone hillsides, aged between 20 and 50 years, in a rich and protected environment
10 grape varieties from the South-West grown biodynamically with low yields. 5 white grape varieties: Colombard, Ugni blanc, Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon gris; 5 red grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tannat and Syrah
Aging in stainless steel vats, jars or oak barrels, then in bottles in a dedicated storage. Ancestral method.
Vintage gastronomic red and white wines - dry and sweet - ,certified organic since 2010, and biodynamic - Demeter since 2020.
Vintages for sale from 2008 to 2023 / 4 ranges corresponding to the different agings / eco-design and reuse
