Hall B1 - n°128
Information
- Description
- Between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic, Domaine Castéra was created in 1750. The Lihour family acquired the property in 1885. For 5 generations now, we have been working alongside the Pyrenees, native grape varieties in order to produce distinguished and unique wines in Organic Agriculture. With my team, we defend an agronomy based on the exploration of our environment and on peasant common sense. We are a polyculture estate, which means that we constantly move from the vines to the fields. The whims and gifts of nature guide our choices, the days follow one another but are not the same! Our common thread? Cultivate our land organically to return to the sources of agriculture without chemicals.
